I shoot. I sing. I write. I’m Amalia Gaita.

I am a visual artist, singer and songwriter based in Romania.

I envision, I explore, I create. I’m a photographer.

I’m a visual artist specialized in conceptual and fashion photography. Troughout the years,  my work has been published in magazines around the world and on bestseller book covers. My photography has been exposed inside Romania and Serbia. I love working with people and finding the extraordinary in everyday life. My style  can be described as minimalist, being focused on light and form, rhythms and textures.

I love, I share, I improvise . I’m a singer.

My music style is an eclectic one, combining jazz, soul and rock. I have been performing on stage for almost 20 years now, starting when I was just 5. In my musical journey, I shared the stage with talented musicians, but now, I am more than happy to announce that my first music album, Melting Sun, was released in december 2017.

I write my own songs, lyrics and poems. Currently, I am working on  a photography book, combining images and poetry, Photographic thoughts about myself.
